Oregon Open Invitational - Team Entry Sign Up

**Non-exempt teams are currently being waitlisted for this event. Unclaimed exempt spots will be filled from the waitlist as they open. If you are an exempt team, please add yourself to the waitlist.

Please note the following when you are filling out the registration form:.  

First, when filling out the online entry, please list the players in this order:  PNW PGA Professional first, PNW PGA Professional second, Amateur first, and Amateur second.  

Second, if you don't know who your partners will be yet, please fill in the required fields with TBD's.  Then remember to contact Sara Smith at sarasmith@pgahq.com once you figure out who your partners are.
